Your Riding Academy is one of the best trail riding experiences of my life. Riding on the ranch land... among the sheep, cattle on spectacular green  hillsides, valleys, creeks and ponds was absolutely  breath taking. Incidentally, Dyan you are very good at your job... an expert guide and great host;  it was so nice meeting you.  Would recommend your establishment there in the Hawkes Bay, Napier, NZ area very highly... a '5 Star rating' all the way around. Thanks again for a most memorable experience.

We found Hawkes Bay Farmyard Zoo by chance after two other establishments never called me back. It turns out this could be the best piece of luck we may have had during our trip to New Zealand.

Dyan LeComte is the owner and proprietor of this establishment, as well as our acting guide for the day. My father is an advanced rider and I am a decent rider as well. The ride was exciting for both of us, filled with beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views, lots of stops for photos and some good ol' horsing around. The horses are well cared for, and they have nineteen horses at their disposal (compared with only 3 at their competitor).  There is a horse for every experience level.

It was a beautiful day in Hawke's Bay, and Dyan was an excellent guide. She knew the terrain well, challenged us appropriately with our riding skill, and maintained a safe, and fun-filled balance.

Hawkes BayFarmyard Zoo is an exceptional value and your children will love the petting zoo. I was so wishing my young son could have been there to see all the animals.  The angora goats are a riot!!!  This establishment has a lot to offer for people of all ages. It was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand.
